About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Appointment Setter to join our team and help book calls for our high-ticket coaching program. This role will primarily involve Instagram outreach, lead engagement, and appointment setting through DMs. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in appointment setting, be fluent in English, and be proficient in CRM tools like Go High Level or FlowChat.
You will be responsible for initiating conversations, qualifying leads, following up consistently, and booking sales calls with potential clients. A strong follow-up system and virtual assistant (VA) skills are required to stay organized and maximize conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Instagram Outreach & Engagement – Initiate conversations with potential leads via Instagram DMs, build rapport, and qualify prospects.
- Appointment Setting – Book and confirm high-quality sales calls with interested leads.
- CRM Management – Use Go High Level or FlowChat Tool to track, manage, and update lead interactions.
- Follow-Up System – Implement a structured follow-up process to nurture leads until they are ready to book a call.
- Daily Lead Management – Stay consistent with outreach, response handling, and pipeline management to ensure steady call bookings.
- Professional Communication – Maintain clear, persuasive, and professional messaging in all conversations.
Requirements:
- Experience in appointment setting (high-ticket sales or coaching industry preferred).
- Fluent in English – Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Go High Level CRM or FlowChat Tool (must be able to track leads and manage appointments).
- Strong Instagram DM outreach experience – Ability to engage, qualify, and convert leads into booked calls.
- Structured follow-up system – Must have a disciplined and persistent approach to follow-ups.
- VA abilities – Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Self-motivated & results-driven – Comfortable working remotely and hitting daily/weekly outreach targets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a coaching, consulting, or high-ticket offer business.
- Understanding of lead generation and social media engagement strategies.
- Familiarity with sales funnels and client qualification processes.
