JOB OVERVIEW

Our company is seeking a skilled Xero and QBO Bookkeeper to manage various accounting duties. Our company operates in the real estate, construction and development, and HOA management solutions sectors.

Responsibilities
• Review of the accounting work previously completed in Xero and QuickBooks to ensure its accuracy.
• Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process in Xero and Intuit QuickBooks.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations and maintain the trial balance by reconciling general ledgers.
• Producing financial reports to assist managers in making strategic decisions
• Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Audit and fact-check accounting data to ensure accuracy.
• Assisting with tax payments and returns
• Working with the CFO

Requirements and skills
• BS degree in Accounting, Xero, and QBO expert
• Proven bookkeeping experience using Xero and Intuit QuickBooks
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
• Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
• Proficiency in English and MS Office
• A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
