? Handle order issues, refunds, tracking questions, and disputes with care. Reduce refunds and save the company's revenue!
? Ensure a 5-star customer experience—our customers should feel heard, valued, and respected.
? Collaborate with our warehouse & fulfillment team to resolve shipping and order concerns.
? Identify patterns in customer feedback and share insights to improve our processes.
???? What We’re Looking For:
? Flawless written English with strong communication skills.
? Previous e-commerce customer service experience
? A fast, proactive problem solver—someone who takes action and owns their role.
? Tech-savvy & highly organized, capable of handling multiple customer inquiries efficiently.
???? Bonus Points If You Have:
? Experience working in Shopify-based e-commerce businesses.
? A deep understanding of customer psychology & conflict resolution.
? Experience using AI tools to assist in customer service responses.
