Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-oriented Digital Advertising Specialist with proven expertise in managing and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Pinterest, Instagram, and TikTok. In this role, you will develop and execute comprehensive advertising strategies, monitor campaign performance, and collaborate closely with our creative and analytics teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign Management:
• Plan, launch, and manage end-to-end paid advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Set up targeting, bidding strategies, and creative ad variations to maximize campaign performance.
• Optimization & Analysis:
• Continuously monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement; make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
• Prepare regular performance reports and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and multimedia content.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align advertising strategies with broader marketing objectives.
• Strategy Development:
• Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices.
• Innovate and experiment with new advertising techniques to drive growth and engagement.

Qualifications:
• Experience:
• Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Pinterest, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Demonstrated success in increasing ROI and achieving campaign KPIs.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in digital advertising platforms and analytics tools.
• Solid understanding of audience targeting, conversion tracking, and A/B testing methodologies.
• Analytical & Creative Thinking:
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Creative mindset with an eye for compelling ad designs and innovative strategies.
• Communication:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
