Job Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to introduce Trojan Roofing services.
Identify decision-makers and establish relationships with potential clients.
Present and explain our roofing services clearly and persuasively.
Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with potential clients.
Follow up on leads and maintain detailed records of calls and client interactions in our CRM system.
Achieve weekly and monthly call and appointment-setting targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective scripts and strategies for cold calling.
Provide regular feedback on lead quality and call performance to help refine our outreach approach.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Cold Caller or in a similar outbound sales role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive skills and the ability to handle objections.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
Familiarity with CRM systems and call tracking software.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of the roofing industry is a plus, but not required.
Reliable internet connection and necessary equipment for making calls.
