Graphic Designer/Social Media Manager (Australia)

Full-Time | Long-Term Stability | 40,000 PHP per Month

We are looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager to support our business operations. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week role, offering long-term stability for the right candidate. You must have prior experience working with Australian businesses, excellent design skills, and a strong understanding of social media marketing.

Your Top Tasks:
Graphic Design
- Create eye-catching graphics for social media, websites, and marketing materials.
- Design logos, banners, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Edit and enhance images and videos for online content.
- Ensure brand consistency across all designs and marketing materials.

Social Media Management
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms.
- Monitor social media trends and optimize strategies for better engagement.
- Respond to comments, messages, and interactions to boost online presence.
- Track social media analytics and prepare performance reports.

Marketing Support
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletter designs.
- Research competitors and industry trends to improve marketing efforts.
- Work closely with the team to develop creative strategies.

Job Requirements:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager for Australian businesses.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva.
Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.
Ability to create engaging and high-quality content for social media.
Experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
Strong English communication skills (written & verbal).
