Core Responsibilities
- Securely design, build, and manage Windows and Azure network infrastructures
- Implement robust cybersecurity measures across cloud and on-premise environments
- Provide comprehensive IT support and troubleshooting
- Develop automation solutions using Python and Power Automate
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Collaborate closely with team members to deliver client solutions
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Maintain and update documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance

Technical Expertise Required
- Advanced Azure network security implementation
- Python programming or other object-oriented languages
- Power Automate workflow development
- Network security and infrastructure management
- Microsoft 365 and Azure administration
- Scripting (PowerShell, Bash)

Essential Skills
- Ability to design secure, scalable Azure network architectures
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven experience in IT support and cloud infrastructure
- Familiarity with multi-tenant environments

Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Dynamics experience
- DevOps and CI/CD knowledge
- Container technologies expertise
- Cybersecurity certifications

Certifications That Add Value
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator
- Microsoft Certified: Security Compliance and Identity Fundamentals
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent understanding of concepts
