Ad Scriptwriter

We’re seeking a lead scriptwriter with a strong portfolio who can craft converting ad scripts (ranging from 30 seconds to 3 minutes, or approximately 700 to 3000 characters). Looking for a writer with experience writing advertorials, VSLs, and performance marketing style ads. In this role, you’ll start by writing your own scripts to understand the offers that we promote in our ads. Then, after you understand all of our verticals of ads, guidelines, and what converts, you will help hire and train new writers to be on the team.

What We Offer:
• 5 hours per day (flexible depending on your level), Monday through Friday.
• Hours are flexible, as long as work gets done.
• We don't do screen tracking. Your output is what matters.
• For expert-level writers with a strong portfolio, we offer $8–$15 per hour. If you demonstrate exceptional skills and a proven track record, you’ll be rewarded accordingly.
• After you are fully trained on our offers, your role will expand to include hiring and training beginner to intermediate-level writers. Bonuses and raises will be available based on performance and the success of your scripts.
• You will work closely with the founder of the company day-to-day

Responsibilities:
• Rewriting Scripts: Transform provided scripts into fresh, engaging versions.
• Original Scriptwriting: Develop scripts from scratch based on provided concepts and key points.
• Voice-Over with AI Tools: (After proving your scriptwriting skills) Assist in voicing scripts using AI tools.
• Team Leadership: Once trained, take on the responsibility of hiring and training beginner-to-intermediate writers to expand our creative team.

What We’re Looking For:
• Excellent English Proficiency: Must have strong writing skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Creative & Proactive: A go-getter who seeks out work and contributes creative ideas.
• Research Skills: Ability to identify trending hooks, viral topics, and compelling angles for video ads.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with AI tools (like ChatGPT), ClickUp, and other relevant platforms.
• Availability: Able to work alongside US hours for at least 3 hrs daily in the beginning while you are trained, then after that, you can work whenever you want daily.
• Communication: Must have a Telegram account for daily coordination.

Additional Notes:
• We are fine with you using Al tools to help you with ideas or give you phrases but I do not want you guys to ask Chatgpt to generate a script and just copy and paste that to me. I have worked with Al for a good amount of time so I can see very easily what is Al generated and what isn't. So use Al to help you with your script but not write the script for you.
