We are looking for a high-performance Virtual Assistant who can execute at the level of a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). This role requires expertise in lead generation, paid advertising, organic marketing, content creation, CRM automation, and sales funnel optimization.
The ideal candidate is not just a task executor but a strategic thinker who can optimize performance, scale lead generation systems, and drive high-quality leads for both Loan Officers (B2B) and Direct-to-Consumer (B2C) mortgage funnels.
This is not an entry-level VA role. Candidates must be highly skilled in digital marketing, funnel optimization, content creation, and paid media execution.
Responsibilities
Paid Advertising & Lead Generation (Loan Officers and Direct-to-Consumer)
Set up, manage, and optimize
A/B test creative, hooks, and targeting to reduce cost per acquisition (CPA) and maximize return on investment (ROI).
Build, launch, and monitor retargeting campaigns to re-engage leads.
Create tracking dashboards to measure lead generation performance and report key performance indicators (KPIs).
Funnel Optimization & CRM Management
Set up and manage sales funnels using ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, Bonzo, Leadpages, and similar tools.
Optimize website and landing pages for higher conversion rates.
Implement and manage automation workflows in CRM (GoHighLevel and Bonzo).
Track leads from cold to closed deals, improving the follow-up process.
Creative Content & Social Media Growth
Manage and post daily content on LinkedIn,
Create and edit short-form video content that educates and converts leads.
Write LinkedIn articles,
Engage with Loan Officers and Consumers in groups, direct messages, and comments.
Develop compelling ad creatives, landing page copy, and engaging video scripts.
Email
Write and automate
Set up SMS and WhatsApp marketing automation for faster lead conversion.
Track
Analytics & Performance Optimization
Monitor marketing KPIs and lead performance, including CPL, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
Use data-driven insights to refine marketing campaigns and sales funnels.
Report weekly and monthly results, identifying areas for optimization.

Experienced in scaling paid ad campaigns, reducing CPA, and maximizing lead volume.
Skilled in sales funnel building, CRM automation, and marketing technology.
Highly creative with a strong ability to craft compelling messaging, engaging video content, and high-converting ad creatives.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects effectively.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum of five years of experience in digital marketing, paid advertising, and lead generation.
Proven success running and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta
Expertise in sales funnels and automation tools, including ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, Bonzo, and Zapier.
Experience with
Strong copywriting and ad creative skills, including user-generated content (UGC)-style video ads,
Content creation expertise, including writing, video editing, and ad scripting.
Excellent communication and organization skills.
Nice-to-Have (Bonus Skills)
Experience in the mortgage, real estate, or financial services industry.
Familiarity with SEO and content marketing for lead generation.
Ability to manage and hire freelancers for content, video, or design support.
