About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Virtual Assistant to support our fashion e-commerce store by handling customer inquiries, managing orders, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in keeping customers happy by providing friendly, efficient, and professional service. This is a remote position, ideal for someone with e-commerce customer support experience who can work independently and is proactive in problem-solving.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Processing orders, handling returns, exchanges, and refunds through Shopify.
- Assisting customers with product details, sizing advice, and shipping information.
- Keeping track of customer interactions and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinating with our fulfillment team to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
- Monitoring customer feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
- Providing friendly and personalised service to enhance the overall shopping experience.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or fashion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with Shopify (or willingness to learn quickly).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Reliable internet connection and availability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends if needed.
- A proactive and customer-focused mindset with great attention to detail.
- Bonus Skills (Not Required, but Nice to Have)
- Experience using customer service platforms like Gorgias or Zendesk.
- A passion for fashion and an understanding of customer needs in the industry.
- Basic knowledge of payment processing and fraud prevention.
