We’re looking for a highly skilled video editor who knows how to create scroll-stopping, high-converting ads. Your edits should make people click and buy. If you understand human psychology, direct response marketing, and engaging storytelling, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:
• Edit short-form ads that drive clicks and conversions
• Turn raw footage into high-performing ads
• Apply feedback to improve creatives
• Keep up with ad trends and best practices

What You Need:

? Experience editing high-performing video ads
? Ability to create fast-paced, engaging edits
? Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar
? Strong storytelling & motion graphics skills
? Great communication & ability to take feedback
