Real Estate Video Editor

We are expanding our video editing team and seeking a highly experienced full-time Video Editor to add to our team. We already have two video editors and are adding another full-time editor to handle our growing workload. This role focuses solely on video editing, with an emphasis on real estate and event videos.

Key Responsibilities:
Edit high-quality real estate videos (property tours, agent profiles, drone footage).
Craft cinematic event videos with compelling storytelling.
Perform professional color grading, transitions, advanced special effects and audio mixing.
Handle multiple projects on tight deadlines.
Maintain brand consistency and exceed client expectations.

Requirements:
Extensive experience in real estate video editing (mandatory).
Proven skills in wedding and event video editing.
Own a professional editing setup (hardware/software).
Expert in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Strong color grading, sound design, and editing techniques.
Reliable high-speed internet.
Self-motivated with excellent time management.

Preferred Skills:
Experience editing drone footage.
Familiarity with motion graphics (After Effects, etc.).
