Your Key Roles

- Develop and manage a marketing content calendar for social media, blog posts, email campaigns, and video content.
- Use AI tools like Copy.ai, ChatGPT, and Otter.ai to generate high-quality content for various platforms.
- Create detailed AI prompts to generate a full suite of content around a specific topic:
- Website blog
- Email newsletter
- Text message
- Social media posts
- Video scripts for our team to record
- Craft engaging scripts for video posts to make our brand more relatable and visible online.
- Research potential collaborative partners (e.g., local wellness businesses) using AI-powered company profiling tools.

?? Social Media & Digital Engagement
- Create compelling and engaging posts for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Schedule and manage social media posts, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.
- Monitor performance analytics and suggest strategies to improve reach and engagement.

?? Training & Performance Enhancement
- Upload sales calls and patient interactions to Otter.ai for transcription and analysis.
- Analyze conversations to identify strengths and areas for improvement, focusing on patient communication and sales effectiveness.
- Provide feedback summaries and actionable insights for the team to improve how we communicate, educate, and convert potential patients.
- Help document and organize marketing & sales training materials for easy team access.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:
???? Has marketing and content creation experience (bonus if in healthcare or wellness!)
???? Is comfortable using AI-powered marketing tools, social media scheduling platforms, and analytics tools
???? Is an excellent writer and communicator who can craft engaging, clear, and persuasive content
???? Is organized and strategic, able to manage a marketing calendar and coordinate content across platforms
