We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Email Management Specialist to join our team. If you have a knack for organization, excellent communication skills, and the ability to efficiently manage email correspondence, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:
Organize, filter, and prioritize incoming emails to ensure timely responses.
Ensure to respond to all emails professionally on behalf of the company or teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
Manage multiple inboxes and ensure no important messages are overlooked.
Flag urgent matters and escalate them when necessary.
Maintain an organized email filing system for easy retrieval of correspondence.
Identify and unsubscribe from irrelevant or spam emails to keep inboxes clean.
Draft and send emails based on predefined templates and guidelines.
Coordinate with different departments to gather necessary information for email responses.
Schedule and set up email follow-ups and reminders.
Ensure email security and confidentiality protocols are maintained.
Assist in general administrative duties such as document management, scheduling, and data entry.
Support the team with other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:
Proactive mindset with a can-do attitude and the ability to take initiative
Proven experience in email management, administrative support, or a similar role.
Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
Strong organizational & time-management skills, coupled with a dedicated work ethic
Proficiency in email management tools such as Shortwave, Missive, or other platforms.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with productivity tools like Airtable, HelloSign, Typeform, and PandaDoc is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Benefits:
Compensation: $4–$5 USD per hour.
Schedule: Full-time role requiring 40 hours per week. Regular Schedule: 9:00 AM EST - 5:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday
Overlap: We require availability to overlap with U.S. Eastern Standard Time from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM EST for team collaboration first 2-3months.
