We are looking for reliable individuals to join our team full-time. Your role will involve communicating with clients, providing outstanding customer service, and supporting our sales efforts.

This position is fully remote, with structured shifts and great training to ensure your success. If you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills, we’d love to hear from you.

Communicating with clients from various countries.
Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
Leading conversations toward successful outcomes.
Managing details and tracking important information during your shift.
Responding promptly and professionally to inquiries.

Competitive hourly pay: 2.50 USD
Bonus: Earn a 3% commission on all your sales starting from day one.
Full training during your first week (2 hours/day) to help you succeed.

------------------------------------------------- WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU -------------------------------------------------

Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence (EQ).
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
A reliable laptop/computer with a stable high-speed internet connection.
Proactive attitude and willingness to work within structured shifts.
Sales or customer service experience is a strong advantage (BPO experience is ideal).

------------------------------------------------- WORK SCHEDULE -------------------------------------------------

This is a full-time remote role with structured shifts.
Applicants can choose between a 6-day workweek or a 7-day workweek based on their preference and availability.
Available Shifts are morning, afternoon and graveyard time. You can choose your preferation in the next step after messaging us.

We provide full training to prepare you for success in this role. During your first week, you’ll receive guidance on client communication, customer service, and sales techniques to ensure you feel confident in your role.
