We are seeking an experienced and motivated SEO & Marketing Admin to join our dynamic law firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our digital marketing efforts, enhancing our online presence, and driving client engagement. This role combines expertise in SEO, content strategy, social media, and marketing analytics to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns aligned with the firm’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve the firm’s organic search rankings.
Conduct keyword research tailored to legal services and local markets.
Optimize website content, meta tags, and on-page elements to increase visibility.
Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Identify and resolve technical SEO issues.
Content Marketing:
Create and manage a content calendar for blog posts, articles, newsletters, and other materials relevant to the legal industry.
Collaborate with attorneys to produce educational and engaging content for the firm’s target audience.
Optimize content for both SEO and user experience.
Identify trending topics in the legal sector and recommend content ideas to establish the firm as a thought leader.
Social Media Management:
Manage the firm’s social media platforms, including LinkedIn,
Develop and execute social media strategies to promote the firm’s services, achievements, and community involvement.
Monitor engagement metrics and adjust campaigns for maximum impact.

Ensure compliance with data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM Act).
Marketing Analytics and Reporting:
Track, measure, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for improving ROI.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with attorneys and administrative staff to align marketing strategies with the firm’s goals.
Liaise with external vendors or agencies for specialized marketing projects.
Support business development initiatives by creating marketing materials, proposals, and presentations.
Skills:
Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms.
Exceptional writing and editing skills with a focus on persuasive, client-centric content.
Familiarity with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, or related roles, preferably in the legal or professional services industry.
Knowledge of local SEO strategies for targeting regional clients.
Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
