Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to identify and cultivate potential customers for our business. This role involves researching prospects, initiating outbound calls and emails, qualifying leads, and working closely with the sales team to drive new business opportunities. If you have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and enjoy engaging with people, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to generate new leads.
Identify potential customers and qualify leads based on defined criteria.
Research businesses and individuals to understand their needs and interest in our products/services.
Maintain and update lead information in CRM software.
Schedule appointments or follow-ups for the sales team.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly lead generation targets.
Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings.
Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or sales (preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Experience with CRM software (Agent Box, Vault RE ) is a plus
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
