Here’s what we’re looking for in a teammate:
- Strong communication skills. More than just fluency in English, we need people who can get their message across effectively, contribute to discussions, and express ideas in a way that others can easily understand.
- Proactive & Solution-Oriented Mindset. We’re looking for problem-solvers, not just task-doers. If you spot an inefficiency, we want you to speak up and help improve it.
- Availability for flexible shifts. We consider your preferences, but shift assignments depend on ticket volume.
- Dropshipping & Customer Service Experience. At least 1 year of experience handling dropshipping support inquiries, with an understanding of eCommerce challenges.
- Efficiency. You should be able to manage 20–25 conversations per hour while following customer service processes without sacrificing quality (Canned responses are available for use)
- Shopify & CRM Experience. Hands-on experience with Shopify and customer service CRM tools is a must. You should know your way around order lookups, refunds, and customer interactions.
- A VERY reliable internet connection. We hold cameras-on meetings a couple of times a week, so a strong connection helps us avoid the classic "Can you hear me now?"
- An up-to-date laptop/PC. Your setup should handle daily tasks smoothly, so you can work efficiently without tech frustrations.
- Someone who enjoys collaboration. Our team values open discussions, connection, and collaboration. We regularly hold team discussions that go beyond work, and once a year, we meet in person to celebrate wins, build relationships, and grow together.
