JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated candidates to help schedule caregivers for clients in our home care business. This role requires managing scheduling in a fast-paced, high-stress environment, including handling call-outs after hours. We are building a strong team to support our business during U.S. day time hours during the weekdays.

Key Responsibilities

Scheduling & Coordination
Maintain schedules for caregiver services requested and provided to clients.
Ensure cases are assigned within established timeframes.
Complete and maintain documentation in the agency’s system.
Provide schedule notifications to employees, clients, contract agencies, and supervisors.
Monitor employee overtime and mileage records.
Handle emergency calls and adjust schedules as needed.

Caregiver Management & Communication
Assign agency staff to clients as per licensed professional staff instructions, Plan of Care, and service requests.
Ensure caregivers receive clear and accurate information about client needs.
Address scheduling changes and client concerns promptly.
Notify clients of scheduling updates and monitor employee performance in dependability, responsiveness, and timeliness.
Participate in evaluating and reviewing field staff performance.
Verify time records with schedules and follow up on scheduling issues.

Staffing & Hiring Support
Minimize caregiver substitutions and ensure consistent coverage.
Maintain an adequate pool of available on-call staff.
Notify supervisors of staffing needs.
Coordinate with nursing and marketing teams to anticipate coverage for new and existing clients.

Confidentiality & Compliance
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client and employee records.
Share information only in accordance with agency policy.
Ensure compliance with applicable state, federal, and accreditation standards.
Protect documents from unauthorized access.

Professional Development & Quality Assurance
Follow agency policies, procedures, and professional standards.
Attend meetings and required educational programs.
Take responsibility for personal and professional growth.
Contribute to the agency’s quality improvement efforts.

Other Duties
Perform additional responsibilities as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in scheduling, client relationship management, and customer relationship management.
Strong ability to handle high-pressure situations, especially after hours and weekends.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multi-task and adapt to sudden changes in scheduling.

Remuneration

The remuneration for this role is **$450–$500 per month** or **$2.50 per hour**.
