We are hiring a Sales Fulfillment Specialist for ed tech products sold to schools. This is an administrative and customer service role. The ideal candidate will fulfill orders following a detailed process and provide excellent service to ensure satisfied customers. They will also onboard new products and manage vendor relationships to ensure successful delivery. The successful candidate will stay on top of product updates and expand our catalog. This is a part-time, remote role working with the operations team.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow a detail-oriented process. They should be highly organized, possess strong math skills, and be capable of maintaining accurate documentation and client files. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to proactively address delivery issues and customer concerns. The role requires someone who is self-motivated, independent, and proactive, with a strong ability to follow through on tasks.

A strong understanding of educational technology and STEM products is preferred. Experience with CRM systems and database management is required, along with proficiency in Google Drive, Sheets, and Excel. While not mandatory, experience in K-12 education and sales is a plus.
