Influencer Outreach Administrative Assistant For Shopify Jewelry Brand

Job Overview:

We seek a highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed full-time Influencer Outreach Administrative Assistant to support our influencer marketing product seeding initiatives and drive our brand forward in 2025 and the years to come! Your day-to-day will focus on creating impactful connections and keeping our influencer marketing machine running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify Influencers: Research and shortlist influencers who align with our brand values and criteria.
• Outreach & Coordination: Facilitate influencer onboarding for affiliate programs, product gifting, and ongoing communication.
• Database Management: Accurately maintain and update our influencer pipeline and contact databases.
• Order Management: Resolve order issues via Shopify to ensure a seamless influencer experience.
• Communication: Provide consistent, friendly, and professional support to influencers throughout their journey.
• Content Management and Scheduling: Monitor content schedules and coordinate with influencers to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly and on time.
• Administrative Support: Assist with influencer payments and other related administrative tasks.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Proficiency in Shopify and Notion (experience with Influencer Marketing Platforms is a bonus).
• A keen sense of creativity, particularly in identifying and aligning with brand aesthetics and visual storytelling.
• A self-starter attitude with the ability to take the initiative and work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
