Immediate opening for a skilled full-time Sales Agent to assist with answering phone, email and text leads, setting appointments, answering real estate questions, researching leads, marketing and MLS work. Warm and cold calling seller and buyer leads. The perfect candidate will be great on the phone, tech savvy, responsive, have a superior attention to detail, ability to multitask, have a working knowledge of real estate, speak English very well, show up on time every day and must be available to work on the weekends. Real estate sales experience or appointment setting experience required. Opportunity to move into a supervisor role and lead multiple VAs. Potential to be a lead, supervisor and management. Bonuses put this position at a very high pay.
