We’re expanding and looking for a confident, persuasive Cold Caller with an English accent to join our team and connect with potential clients.

Job Summary:
As a Cold Caller for Qualibex, you will be responsible for engaging potential clients over the phone, introducing them to our accounting services, and setting appointments for the sales team. You’ll play a key role in helping business owners discover how Qualibex can simplify their finances and support their growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients (e.g., roofing companies and other small businesses) using provided lead lists.
Confidently explain how Qualibex’s services can help manage their books, track cash flow, and prepare for taxes.
Build trust and interest in our services by understanding client pain points and communicating solutions.
Schedule consultations for the sales team.
Keep accurate records of calls and outcomes in the CRM system.
Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and increase engagement.
Meet daily and weekly call and appointment-setting targets.
Qualifications:

English accent required (native or near-native proficiency).
Previous cold calling or telemarketing experience preferred but not essential.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to quickly build rapport and maintain a friendly, professional tone.
Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
Comfortable working independently and meeting targets.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
