Position Overview
Gilson Property Group is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Zoho CRM & Listing Administrator to join our team. This role is responsible for managing property listings across multiple platforms while also taking ownership of Zoho CRM setup, automation, and integrations across the Zoho suite, including Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Forms, and other essential tools.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in Zoho CRM administration, marketing campaign execution, workflow automation, and data organization, along with excellent attention to detail in maintaining and optimizing property listings.
Key Responsibilities
Zoho CRM Administration & Automation
• Set up, configure, and manage Zoho CRM, ensuring optimized workflows and structured data.
• Develop and implement custom automations, workflows, and integrations within Zoho CRM.
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and ensure all records, pipelines, and reports are up to date.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on CRM best practices.
Zoho Suite & Marketing Campaigns
• Manage Zoho Campaigns to execute
• Create and integrate Zoho Forms for data collection, guest inquiries, and lead generation.
• Set up automated
• Work closely with the team to optimize marketing efforts using Zoho tools.
Listing Management & Property Optimization
• Maintain and update property listings across Airbnb, VRBO,
• Monitor listing performance and optimize descriptions, pricing, and availability.
• Ensure guest inquiries and booking issues are promptly addressed.
Customer Experience & Guest Communication
• Respond to guest inquiries and coordinate issue resolution through guest messaging platforms.
• Support the reservations process and assist with manual bookings when needed.
• Collaborate with the call center team to ensure seamless guest communication.
Operational & Administrative Support
• Maintain documentation of Zoho workflows, automations, and processes.
• Work with internal teams to align CRM functionality with business needs.
• Track and report key performance metrics on CRM usage, campaigns, and listing performance.
Qualifications & Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
• Advanced Zoho CRM experience (setup, customization, automation, reporting).
• Experience with Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Forms, and Zoho Suite integrations.
• Strong background in database management, workflow automation, and lead tracking.
• Experience in managing property listings on platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, and
• Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred Skills
• Experience in real estate, property management, or short-term rentals.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and strategies.
• Knowledge of Zapier and other integration platforms.
• Prior experience in customer support or guest relations.
