Virtual Assistant for Automation, Digital Product Systems & Content Execution

I’m building a digital media & content publishing business and need a tech-savvy, detail-oriented VA to help with both automation and execution. If you enjoy setting up funnels, workflows, and digital product systems—while also assisting with content management—this role is for you.

Your Responsibilities:
? Automation & Digital Product Systems

Set up email automation for book launches & digital product sales.
Assist with funnels & workflows for content distribution and e-commerce.
Help streamline Stan Store, Lemon Squeezy, and KDP processes.

? Execution Tasks (Supporting Content & Publishing)

Upload & format blog posts in WordPress (images, links, SEO).
Format ebooks & paperbacks for KDP and other platforms.
Create AI-generated images for social media.
Assist with short-form video creation in CapCut (I will handle final edits).

Required Skills:
???? Zapier (or similar automation tools like Make.com) – To help with workflows.
???? WordPress (or similar CMS) – Uploading & formatting content.
???? KDP Publishing (or willingness to learn) – Ebook & paperback formatting.
???? CapCut (or willingness to learn) – Short-form video content creation.
???? AI tools for content creation – (image generation, basic text-to-video).
