I’m looking for a skilled video editor to repurpose long-form YouTube videos into engaging Shorts. The goal is to create high-retention, fast-paced content that grabs attention and keeps viewers watching.

Job Details:

* Position: YouTube Shorts Editor
* Payment: $5–$10 per Short
* Workload: 1-2 Shorts Per Week (Part Time)
* Turnaround Time: 24 hours

Responsibilities:

* Trim and edit engaging moments from long-form YouTube videos into Shorts (9:16 vertical format).
* Add dynamic captions, fast jump cuts, zooms, and engaging effects to maximize retention.
* Format videos for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels.
* Ensure smooth, high-quality editing that matches the style of top-performing short-form content.
* Deliver videos consistently on time.

Requirements:

* Experience editing short-form content (YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Reels).
* Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software.
* Strong understanding of attention-grabbing edits (fast pace, zooms, captions, sound effects).
* Can work independently with minimal supervision.
* Good communication and fast turnaround times.
* Bonus: Experience editing business, entrepreneurship, or self-improvement content.
