AI Developer Job

We are seeking a talented and innovative AI Developer to join our growing team. As an AI Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions that drive business growth and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and data science, with a passion for solving complex problems using AI technologies.

Responsibilities:
* AI Model Development: Design, build, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models to solve real-world business challenges.
* Data Analysis & Preprocessing: Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets to ensure high-quality inputs for AI models.
* Algorithm Optimization: Continuously improve AI algorithms to enhance performance, accuracy, and scalability.
* Research & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and related technologies, and apply them to improve our products and services.
* Testing & Validation: Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models to ensure they meet performance and reliability standards.
* Documentation: Maintain clear and detailed documentation of AI models, processes, and results for future reference and collaboration.
* Collaboration: Work closely with CEO to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.


Key Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
2. Experience: Proven experience in AI development, preferably with a portfolio of projects showcasing your skills in machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing (NLP).
3. Technical Skills:
* Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
* Experience with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn.
* Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical modeling.
* Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI/ML services.
4. Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and creatively to develop innovative AI solutions.
5. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
6. Team Player: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and independent.



Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
* Knowledge of big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
* Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for deploying and maintaining AI models in production environments.
* Experience with version control systems like Git.
