Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and detail-oriented Communications and Social Media Marketing Coordinator to join our team in a full-time remote role. This position will play a key role in driving product discovery and expanding our customer base via emerging platforms for user-generated content. Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media & Influencer Marketing:
- Develop and execute innovative social media marketing strategies to increase visibility, engagement, conversations, and conversions across multiple social media platforms.
- Grow our social media presence on Pinterest, Reddit, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and other emerging platforms to stay ahead of shopping trends and drive brand awareness.
- Build and maintain strong influencer relationships across various platforms, identifying key influencers, negotiating partnerships, and executing campaigns.
- Curate and manage a social media calendar, ensuring consistent content across platforms, including Instagram,
- Analyze data to track performance, derive insights, and continuously optimize social media efforts.
- Craft engaging and compelling social media copy tailored to each platform’s unique audience.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Engage with our community, fostering relationships with D2C and B2B partners.

Qualifications:
