Join Our Dynamic Real Estate Media Team as a Virtual Assistant!

We are a forward-thinking real estate media company based in Canada, seeking a highly skilled and reliable virtual assistant to provide exceptional administrative support and manage social media. We pride ourselves on a fast-paced, collaborative environment where creativity and efficiency thrive.

Role Overview: This is a full-time position, offering bi-weekly compensation, with the potential to transition to a permanent role after a 3-month probationary period. You can expect to work 5-8 hours per day, 5 days a week, typically between 9am to 1pm EST (9pm to 1am Philippine Time) and 8pm to 12am EST (8am to 12pm Philippine Time).

Key Responsibilities:
- Review, filter, and send images to the editing team, ensuring they meet our quality standards.
- Download and meticulously check images for sharpness, composition, colour accuracy, and imperfections. Apply minor edits when needed.
- Collaborate with editors to address any corrections or independently adjust images.
- Export and upload content to our content delivery platform, ensuring smooth delivery to clients.
- Edit 3D tours, creating engaging virtual walkthroughs, and verifying address accuracy.
- Review video content for smooth transitions, accuracy, and typographical errors.
- Ensure floor plans are accurate and measurements are correctly added.
- Create and update listings on our content delivery platform, ensuring all deliverables are accurately represented.
- Verify client and order information, and ensure invoices are correct before sending listings to agents.
- Curate and publish engaging posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, including crafting captivating captions and relevant hashtags.

**Qualifications**:
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- Ability to download/upload large files (3GB+), requiring high-speed internet.
- Familiarity with 3D tour editing tools and video editing software is a plus.
- Experience using Dropbox, Google Drive, and Google Chrome.
- Excellent attention to detail, able to spot and correct visual imperfections.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience in social media management and content creation is an asset.
