Key Responsibilities
• CRM Management (HubSpot) – Maintain, update, and organize client records, ensuring accurate data entry and tracking of the sales pipeline.
• Client Communication (Calls &

• Proposal Preparation & Management – Assist in creating, formatting, and managing proposals using proposal software.
• Upselling & Cross-Selling – Identify opportunities to introduce additional services to clients.
• Administrative Support – Organize sales meetings, track leads, and prepare reports.
• Design & Content Support (Bonus Skillset) – Experience using Canva and other tools for creating marketing or proposal materials is a plus.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience managing CRM software (HubSpot required).
- Exceptional written and verbal English skills – Professional and clear communication is essential.
- Previous experience handling client calls, sales follow-ups, and lead outreach.
- Strong background in proposal preparation and sales support.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Bonus: Experience using Canva, proposal software, or other productivity tools.
