JOB OVERVIEW

We’re seeking a skilled Google & LinkedIn Ads Marketing Specialist to drive paid advertising campaigns and increase enrollments for our Healthcare Quality Improvement course. This online course is designed for healthcare professionals looking to enhance their skills in quality improvement. Your role will focus on creating, optimizing, and managing paid ad campaigns to attract the right audience and maximize return on investment.

We need someone with proven experience in running successful Google and LinkedIn ad campaigns, preferably in education, healthcare, or professional development. You should be able to develop ad strategies, manage budgets, optimize campaigns, track performance metrics, and continuously improve lead generation efforts.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute paid advertising strategies on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads to drive course sign-ups.
Conduct audience research to refine targeting and optimize ad spend.
Create compelling ad copy and visuals to engage healthcare professionals.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize in real-time to improve conversions.
Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with our team to align advertising efforts with overall marketing strategy.
Qualifications:

Proven experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
Expertise in PPC advertising, keyword targeting, and conversion optimization.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
Experience in healthcare, education, or professional development marketing is a plus.
Ability to work independently and take initiative in improving ad strategies.
Bonus: Knowledge of landing page optimization and A/B testing.
