Vacant Land Acquisitions Manager

Looking for a Vacant Land Acquisitions Manager – with experience getting contracts signed.
We are looking to add a full-time or part-time acquisition manager to our team.

Soft Skills needed:
Fluent in speaking and writing English
Minimal foreign accent (many of our sellers want to feel like they are speaking to someone in the United States)
Detail-Orientated (notes of the calls must be added to the CRM)
Kind and empathetic.
As this is a salary + bonus for sign contracts

Schedule:
Monday - Friday (9:30am EST to 6pm EST).

Pay:
Base Salary between $8/hr to $12/hr US (depending on experience). Plus $50 for every signed contract!
