Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Virtual Assistant (VA) Accountant to join our team remotely. The VA Accountant will be responsible for managing our financial transactions, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. This role will also involve handling payroll, tax filings, and budget preparation.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day financial transactions using QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Buildertrend.
Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with payroll tax requirements.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist in budget preparation and expense management.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
Collaborate with the team to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant Accountant or similar role.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Buildertrend.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Minimum).
CPA Certification a plus
CFO Experience a plus
Construction Company Experience a Plus
