Job Overview:
We are looking for a Social Media Follow-Up Specialist to manage and execute structured follow-ups across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X using Unibox. You’ll be responsible for sending pre-written follow-up messages to prospects, ensuring consistent engagement, and tracking progress in a spreadsheet.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage 15-20 social media accounts in Unibox.
Check 1x / day for replies to send out correct followups, Mon-Saturday
Copy and paste the correct pre-written follow-up message based on the prospect’s stage.
Track and update follow-up status in a spreadsheet.
Ensure timely and accurate messaging without deviation.

Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and organization.
Ability to follow structured workflows with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X messaging features.
Previous experience in customer support or outreach is a plus but not required.
