We're seeking a talented Content Repurposer to transform YouTube content into engaging Instagram posts. The ideal candidate has excellent writing skills, understands social media engagement, and can distill complex information into compelling, bite-sized content.

Key Responsibilities

Watch and analyze YouTube videos to extract key messages and insights
Write attention-grabbing hooks for Instagram video loops
Craft engaging Instagram captions that maintain value while being concise
Adapt long-form content into punchy, memorable social posts
Maintain consistent brand voice across all content
Work efficiently with content creation tools and AI assistants while maintaining quality
Follow detailed content guidelines and formatting requirements

Required Skills & Experience

Outstanding writing ability with a conversational, engaging style
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific formatting requirements
Experience with Instagram content creation and understanding of what drives engagement
Ability to write concise, compelling hooks and captions
Comfortable using various tools (Grammarly, Hemingway Editor, etc.) to enhance content
Basic understanding of social media best practices
Portfolio of social media writing preferred
