Your Role
As a Cold Caller at TC.Media, you will:
Make 150–300 daily outbound calls to coaches and consultants in the UK, Ireland, and Australia.
Book high-quality appointments with prospective clients who are ready to grow their businesses.
Thrive in a performance-driven environment that rewards excellence and celebrates success.


What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you must:
Be fluent in English (male candidates are preferred).
Have a proven track record in cold calling or outbound sales.
Be resilient, persuasive, and confident in overcoming objections.
Be able to consistently make 150–300 calls daily, 5 days a week.
Be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
