The Company:
You will be working directly as the executive assistant of a Managing Director of an AI Venture Capital Firm in the USA.
Job Details:
We are looking to fill a role working directly with the Managing Director of an AI Venture Capital Firm to help her with day-to-day tasks and projects.
Key Responsibilities-
1. Executive Assistant:
You will be assisting the Managing Director with all sorts of tasks that pop up. Some tasks you'll be performing (or similar):
-Doing research for various projects
-Meeting preparation
-Drafting
-Calendar management
-Creating presentations via Powerpoint/Google Slides
-Staying on top of the Managing Director to make sure projects get done
-Various other admin tasks
*Being Managing Director's right hand man/woman
Basic Requirements:
-Must have a college/university degree
-Must be proficient in English (verbal and written)
-Must have organizational skills
-Must have good grammar
-Must have proficient computer skills
-Good communication skills
-Be willing and open to learn
-Be open to feedback and constructive criticism
-Must be able to ask questions when confused
-Be a problem solver
-Have patience
-Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
-Attention to detail.
Detailed Qualifications:
-Proven experience as an Executive Assistant.
-Basic graphic design experience (Canva or similar) is preferred
-Google suite and Office 365 proficient: gmail, outlook, sheets, excel, docs, slides, etc.
-Strong English writing skills
-Work with speed and quickness
-Strong decision making
-creativity
Technical Qualifications:
-Must have a good internet connection
-Must have a computer
-Must have a headset
Salary and Details:
This is a full-time work from home role for a U.S. company: 9 hours per day (5 days a week).
The pay is $5 an hour.
IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ: This is a 9 hour shift. The hours are Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm PST (pacific standard time). That is a 16 hour time difference from you-12:30 AM to 9:30am Philippine time would be the converted schedule for you. This means that based on your timezone, you are essentially working Tuesday-Saturday (since shifts start past midnight at 12:30am).
1 hour paid lunch included in shift.
Guaranteed 1 year raise (minimum 10%-20%).
3 paid sick/vacation days after a 3-month probationary period.
On average, 3-6 major U.S. holidays paid: (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, etc.)
You will be an independent contractor. You will get paid via Wise twice a month.
