Fully remote role, earn up to $600-1000 a month.
$3-5/hr depending on experience and skill level.

Blue Rose Talent is a management agency that works with female content creators on Instagram and TikTok.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Fully fluent in English (C2 level)
- Someone extremely familiar with Instagram and TikTok, who understands how the platforms work
- A driven and self motivated worker who is willing to learn and adapt to our methods
- A reliable person who works well in a team
- Someone who can work fully from home

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Scrolling on Instagram reels and collecting appropriate concepts and trends for creators to perform, as directed by our team, and targeted towards specific creators
- Reviewing comparable creators to acquire content ideas on a daily basis
- Collating concepts into lists to send to creators
- Engaging creatively in optimizing content ideas
- Adding your own flair to make the creators you work with even more successful
- You may also be tasked to post on, and run Instagram accounts
