We are seeking a dynamic & experienced Sales Appointment Setter to join our growing Airbnb/short term rental company. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an appointment setting/sales team, with a proven track record of prospecting new deals and driving business growth. This role requires a strong leader who can dial outbound calls, respond to inbound emails and take calls from prospective clients.

As the Sales Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for calling current Vacation Rental & Airbnb owners, setting appointments with them to potentially work with us - to manage their property. You will also play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities and driving our business development initiatives. When exceptionally promising deals are identified, you will pass them on to the company owner for closing.

About us:
Coveted Hospitality owns a portfolio of over 95 Airbnb properties in the United States: across cities in the states of North Carolina, Florida, and Ohio. We are now launching a co-hosting/property management side to our business, and we need your help in identifying prospects, and helping us obtain clients to manage properties of.

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients, nurturing cold leads through the sales pipeline.
- Follow up with leads via omni-channel approach
- Track & properly tag and sort leads to ensure team approaches them effectively
- Help test scripts for appointment setting team by cold calling and providing feedback
- Identify exceptionally promising deals and pass them to the company owner for closing.
- Report on a daily & weekly basis of accomplishments, challenges, etc.
- Provide insight & ideas to better assist in your instrumental sales role
- Any other sales/business development responsibilities the company owner introduces

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in appointment setting, outbound cold calling, data entry, etc.
- Proven experience in prospecting & nurturing new deals.
- Team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 1 year in real estate or short term rentals is REQUIRED.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to work 5 days a week, 8 hours a day.

Compensation:
- Base salary of $800/month.
- Commission on new deals acquired for the company.
