We are a fast-growing staffing and recruiting firm looking for a highly motivated Virtual Assistant to support lead generation,
Your role is critical in helping us find new clients, build relationships, and automate outreach, so we can grow faster without manual work slowing us down.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Data Research
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and other tools to find hiring managers and key decision-makers.
Build targeted lead lists based on specific industries and hiring needs.
Research company news, hiring trends, and market insights to personalize outreach.
Sales Outreach
Send personalized connection requests and LinkedIn messages to hiring managers.
Manage cold
Track and organize responses in a CRM or Google Sheets.
Follow-Up & Appointment Setting
Monitor
Engage with prospects on LinkedIn posts to increase visibility and relationship-building.
Report weekly on outreach performance, responses, and engagement metrics.
Other Sales & Admin Support
Help maintain
Update company pages, lead databases, and outreach systems as needed.
Ideal Candidate (Who You Are)
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator & lead generation tools (ZoomInfo, Lusha, etc.). Excellent written English (for professional LinkedIn messages &
Someone who is highly motivated to learn and grow with great english skills is ideal. There is room for more hours and more money as you are trained and skilled up.
Preferred but Not Required
Experience with Instantly.ai, Smartlead.ai, Meet Alfred, Dux-Soup, or other automation tools.? Familiarity with recruiting/staffing industry is a bonus. Previous appointment setting or lead generation experience is highly valued.
