### Content Writer Job Opportunity

We are a digital marketing firm specializing in YouTube editing, design, SEO, and strategy for real estate agents. Our mission is to help agents build a strong online presence and grow their business.

### Position: Content Writer
- Salary: $600/month (raises based on performance)
- Hours: 40 per week
- Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM - 4 PM CST (Lunch: 12 PM - 1 PM CST)
- Work Shift: Must work US Central Time

### Requirements
- Must be available during US Central Time shift
- Submit two writing samples (any topic). Applications without samples will not be considered

### Role & Responsibilities
- Write content for blogs, social media, YouTube descriptions, and marketing materials tailored to real estate professionals
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align content with branding goals
- Stay updated on real estate and digital marketing trends to create relevant content
- Optimize content for SEO to improve visibility
- Edit and proofread work for clarity and accuracy
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

### Qualifications
- Strong English writing and communication skills
- Proven experience in content writing (portfolio required)
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices
- Ability to write in different styles and tones for various audiences
- Real estate knowledge is a plus
