Job Title: Virtual Assistant for Data Mining and Applicant Processing (Part-Time)
Pay Rate: $3/hr

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our recruiting efforts by managing the applicant data from our Indeed job ads. You will be responsible for filtering applicants to identify potentially qualified candidates, entering their information into our system, and ensuring that resumes are properly attached to their profiles. Once entered, our automated system will handle scheduling candidates for interviews.

Key Responsibilities:
Review and filter applicants from Indeed job postings for the "Veteran Advocate" remote sales position.
Identify applicants who are either former military personnel or licensed health insurance agents.
Manually input selected applicants into our system (GHL).
Ensure accurate data entry of key details.
Attach the applicant’s resume (in PDF format) to their form.
Collaborate with our GHL AI system to ensure candidates are properly scheduled for recruiter interviews.
Maintain organized records and provide status updates as needed.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative/data entry role is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with GHL (Go High Level) is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
Reliable internet connection and basic computer proficiency.
Ability to communicate clearly and follow instructions.

Job Details:
Part-time position (flexible hours).
Pay: $3/hr.

Applicant Task: Recorded Video Submission (Loom or Other Video Recording Platform)
Task Objective: Demonstrate the ability to follow instructions, use attention to detail, and show basic familiarity with data entry and organization. This task will help us evaluate communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
