JOB OVERVIEW

Type: Project based to begin - with potential for ongoing work

Are you an expert copywriter and creative marketing strategist who understands the power of attraction marketing? Do you love fine-tuning messaging, optimizing funnels, and creating marketing that is highly specific and magnetic? If you have a strong grasp of psychology when it comes to marketing, and enjoy collaborating to make my marketing more effective and efficient, I want to hear from you!

I’m looking for someone who:

- Can refine our messaging so that the right clients naturally come to us. (I’m tired of chasing clients who drain me. I want to work with clients who value what I can bring to the table. I know I have a lot of value, I need help communicating it though).
- Audits and improves our marketing assets (emails, social media, website, landing pages, etc.) I’ve created guides and funnels previously, so I’m not totally starting from scratch. I’ve also taken a copywriting class before and have great open rates on my e-mails, but need better conversions.
- Helps determine if/what systems we need to pivot to for better efficiency (we can have someone else who can execute, but need your strategic input)
- Optimizes email and sales funnels to nurture leads without being sleazy or pushy
- Brainstorm with me so that we can enhance our social media presence to position us as the top choice for families relocating to our area (I need to revise my bio, my pinned posts and story highlights)
- Collaborate with me and write copy for my facebook group that I run
- Collaborates on organic vs. paid growth strategies and ensures consistency (whether that’s through you, automation, or another team member)
- Analyzes marketing data to propose strategic improvements for increased conversions
- Works alongside our team and VAs to automate and streamline marketing processes. I love efficiency!

**Who You Are:**

- Passionate about doing marketing differently! Honey over vinegar mindset
- You’ve invested in yourself to grow your marketing and copywriting skills (copywriting mentor, copyhackers, copy posse, funnel hackers, etc)
- You have experience. At least several years. Please do NOT apply if you are brand new, have no copy experience, or haven’t invested in yourself to get where you are.
- You are confident that by helping me on my copy, it will increase our lead gen organically, will bring client to my inbox and will increase conversions
- A strategic thinker who can understand my vision/the big picture and take some action without waiting for my permission on everything
- You ask questions to get a better understanding of what I’m looking for/needing
- A natural problem solver who loves tweaking messaging, refining funnels, and improving results
- A fun, positive, go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. And can help me either pivot when I have new ideas (which are always flowing) or help me see that we need to stick with what we have!
- Are a team player. Can work with and communicate with others (VA, graphic design, operations, etc) so that everything isn’t just waiting on me
- Bonus: Real estate marketing experience is great (but not required)—this is really about psychology and smart marketing. So much of the real estate marketing out there is really bad.

**About Me:**
I'm a millennial and forward-thinking real estate agent who likes to do things differently. I don’t cold call, door knock, or chase leads—I believe in attraction marketing and creating so much value that clients have to think twice before choosing someone else. I’ve been selling real estate since 2013, and while I currently handle most client-facing interactions, my goal is to increase lead generation and conversion so I can step into more of a CEO role. I’m looking to step out of a referral based business for my leads and into attracting clients that I actually want to work with.

I’m FULL of ideas and have had some great ones over the years! But I can also get sidetracked. As my business and family have grown, I’ve found it harder to execute everything I envision. That’s where you come in! I need someone who can keep projects on track by nudging me when needed and making sure nothing gets stuck waiting on me.

A little more about me/us:

- Vision & impact – We want to do work that truly matters and makes life easier for our clients! I've done a lot of research over the past few years (and have some market feedback for it too that I can share!) as to what new potential clients are looking for, so I've leaned into that by niche marketing and hyper focusing on it. But I need help fine tuning and tweaking it!
- Yuck to micromanagement – I don't like to be micromanaged and it's not the way I like to treat anyone who partners with me. I want to hire an expert so I can trust you to run with ideas and make things happen. I do like to check in and make sure we're on the same page about moving forward, but I love it when other team members have brought ideas to me because they know their space and expertise so well!
- A true team environment – Your contributions matter, and when we hit big goals, we all win together!
- Fun, collaborative, and fast-moving – I love partnering with people who enjoy what they do and who specialize in their area of expertise. I've been trying to be a jack of all trades for too long, so the more I can focus on what I'm truly good at, the more I can hand some things off for others to do the same. The goal is to focus on what actually moves the needle!

If you love creative marketing (that utilizes systems and automation) and have a great understanding of psychology-driven strategies, you’ll fit right in! Major bonus points if you've worked with archetypes before or have taken any of Alex Cattoni’s classes!

I’d love to have some overlap somewhere in my day to communicate back and forth briefly, but I know with the time difference, we may have to get creative
