If so – we are looking to add a talented Part-Time Contract Marketing Virtual Assistant to our amazing team at Pawfect Photo Moments LLC!

At Pawfect Photo Moments LLC, we specialize in capturing the unique beauty and personalities of our beloved four-legged friends. We understand that pets are cherished members of the family, and our mission is to create stunning, lasting memories for our clients. As a dynamic and growing pet photography studio, we are seeking a talented and passionate Part-Time Contract Marketing Virtual Assistant to help us share our work with the world.

To be successful, you will have solid experience in digital marketing, be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working independently. A love for animals is a definite plus!

This role requires a unique blend of marketing expertise, organizational skills, and the ability to connect with our target audience. It's about more than just posting – it's about telling the stories behind our Pawfect Photo Moments.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* **Content Creation:** Develop engaging content for social media, blog posts, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
* **Social Media Management:** Maintain a consistent posting schedule across our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), ensuring at least one month of content is planned in advance.
* **CRM Management:** Utilize our CRM systems (FG Funnels and Dubsado) for client management, data entry, and form creation.
* **Marketing Support:** Conduct research, create email and social media campaigns, design graphics (Canva), and communicate with clients and partners.
* **Reporting:** Generate reports on marketing performance, including social media, email, blog, and website analytics.
* **Administrative Tasks:** Data entry, process documentation, and other administrative duties as needed.

Your key skills include:

* **Marketing Expertise:** Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, email marketing, and campaign management.
* **CRM Experience:** Proficiency in using CRM systems, specifically FG Funnels and Dubsado.
* **Technical Skills:** Experience with Canva, Google Drive, Dropbox, and Microsoft Office Suite. Typing speed of 50-60 wpm.
* **Communication Skills:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Reliable and fast internet access and a suitable home office setup.

**Preferred:**

* Experience working with portrait photographers.
* Research experience.
