Key Responsibilities:
- Research, identify, and negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers to develop high-quality, cost-effective products.
- nManage relationships with suppliers and oversee production timelines.
- Develop and refine product packaging that enhances brand appeal and customer experience.
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure packaging aligns with marketing and branding guidelines.
- Manage compliance with regulatory requirements and material sourcing best practices.
- Define pricing strategies that maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
- Analyze costs, competitor pricing, and consumer trends to optimize pricing models.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams to successfully launch new products.
- Monitor product performance post-launch and recommend improvements based on customer feedback.
- Develop and maintain documentation for sourcing, pricing, and packaging specifications.


What We’re Looking For:

- 3+ years of experience in product management, sourcing, procurement, or supply chain.
- Strong background in vendor negotiations, cost analysis, and pricing strategy.
- Knowledge of packaging development, materials, and branding best practices.
- Analytical mindset with experience in market research and pricing optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work cross-functionally.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
