• You understand ad psychology, creative testing, and performance marketing.
• You take full ownership – I don’t have time to micromanage.
• You’re looking for a long-term opportunity, not just a quick gig.

What You’ll Do
• Full Meta Ads Management – Launch, test, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ads.
• Creative Execution – Edit video ads and design high-converting creatives.
• Analyze & Scale – Study ad performance and scale what works.
• Conversion Optimization – Optimize funnels, landing pages, and ad angles.
• Manage Budgets – Allocate ad spend for maximum ROI.
• Learn & Execute – You’ll follow my strategies, but I need someone who can adapt and take initiative.

Compensation
• $4 per hour to start – As you prove yourself, your role and earnings will increase over time.
