Social Media Specialist – TikTok, Instagram & Facebook

We are looking for a highly skilled TikTok/Instagram/Facebook Specialist to take full ownership of our content strategy, video editing, posting schedule, and lead scraping. This is NOT a role for a hobbyist or beginner—this is for someone who understands social media growth, engagement, and conversion at a professional level.

What You’ll Do:

? Create & Post High-Quality Content: Develop 3 to 5 engaging posts per day across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
? Ensure Brand Uniformity: Set up and optimize each platform to maintain a consistent and professional look across all social media accounts.? Video Editing: Edit and enhance short-form videos to maximize engagement and virality.? Lead Generation & Scraping: Implement strategies to drive traffic to our lead magnet and generate high-quality leads.? Content Scheduling: Always maintain a two-week content pipeline in advance to ensure consistency.? Analytics & Optimization: Track performance, analyze data, and adjust strategy to maximize results.? Effective Communication: Work independently while maintaining clear and professional communication with our team.

What We’re Looking For:

?? Proven Experience: You must have demonstrable success in growing and managing TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook accounts.
?? Portfolio Required: Show us past accounts you’ve managed and results you’ve achieved.
?? Strong Video Editing Skills: Ability to create engaging, high-quality content that stops the scroll.
?? Social Media Savvy: Deep understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and best practices.
?? Lead Generation Expertise: Experience driving leads through organic and strategic social media marketing.
?? Self-Starter: Able to work independently, stay organized, and meet deadlines without constant supervision.?? Excellent Communication: Clear, prompt, and professional communication is a must.
