Elite Standard Recruitment is seeking an Inbound Lead Strategist & Social Media AI Content Strategist to drive our brand presence and generate high-quality inbound leads through innovative social media and AI-powered content. This role is ideal for a creative and data-driven marketer who excels at crafting engaging campaigns that not only enhance brand visibility but also attract potential clients and candidates.

Responsibilities:

*Develop and execute social media campaigns that generate inbound leads and boost brand engagement.
*Create AI-enhanced content (graphics, videos, and captions) tailored for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
*Leverage AI tools to optimize content strategy, identify trends, and craft compelling messaging.
*Analyze social media performance data to refine strategies and maximize lead generation.
*Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and AI advancements to ensure cutting-edge content strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with company objectives and lead-generation goals.

Requirements:

*Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, and lead generation.
*Proficiency in AI tools for content generation (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, MidJourney, or similar).
*Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices for maximizing reach.
*Excellent writing, storytelling, and visual content creation skills.
*Ability to work independently and execute creative initiatives that drive measurable results.
