We are a growing cleaning business looking for a motivated Cold Caller & Lead Generator to help us find new clients. Your job is to make outbound calls, generate leads, and set up appointments for cleaning services.


Responsibilities:

Call homeowners, businesses, property managers, and realtors to offer our cleaning services.
Find and contact potential clients through cold calling, emails, and online outreach.
Follow a script and handle objections professionally.
Set appointments for cleaning services.
Keep track of leads and follow up when needed.

Requirements:

Fluent in English with a clear speaking voice.
Experience in cold calling or sales (preferred but not required).
Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships over the phone.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Reliable internet connection and headset for calls.
