About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Virtual Assistant with expertise in Excel, Pivot Tables, and Power Query to support our data analytics needs in the alcohol industry. You will play a crucial role in managing, analyzing, and visualizing data to drive business decisions. If you have experience with Power BI, that's a plus, as we may incorporate it into our processes in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
Process, clean, and analyze large datasets using Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP, Index-Match, etc.)
Build and maintain automated reports and dashboards for sales, inventory, and market trends
Assist with data validation and ensure accuracy in reporting
Identify patterns, trends, and insights from data to support business decisions
Work with stakeholders to understand data needs and provide customized reports
(Future Potential) Utilize Power BI for advanced data visualization and reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, advanced formulas, and data modeling
Strong data analysis skills with a keen eye for trends and inconsistencies
Ability to handle large datasets efficiently
Experience in data cleaning, transformation, and automation
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills in English
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have, But Not Required):
Power BI experience (building dashboards, creating DAX measures, data visualization)
SQL knowledge for database querying
Experience in the alcohol/beverage industry
